Region 1 includes: Alaska, the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta, Idaho, Montana, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, Oregon, the United Kingdom, Washington, Wyoming, and the territories of the Yukon
Region 2 includes: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Mexico, and Utah
Region 3 includes: Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas
Region 4 includes: Iowa, Kansas, the provinces of Manitoba, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and the province of Saskatchewan
Region 5 includes: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Wisconsin
