David A. Rubin, Founding Principal of DAVID RUBIN Land Collective, is recognized for pioneering “empathy-driven design,” blending social justice with excellence in public space design. His award-winning work has earned him honors from ASLA and AIA, and he recently completed the U.S. State Department advisory appointment, receiving the 2024 Garden Club of America Elvira Broome Doolan Medal for Urban Design.
