Conference Safety Information

The safety and security of Conference attendees is CELA’s top priority. We are working closely with the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati to ensure all hotel guests and CELA attendees feel safe and welcome. If at any point you have a safety concern while onsite at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, please let us know at the Registration Desk on the 3rd floor or dial 55 on any hotel phone to reach hotel security.

Please call 911 right away for emergencies.

The following is the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati’s statement on safety and security on the property:

We prioritize the privacy and security of all guests. We do not disclose guest information or affiliations, ensuring that their personal information and stay at our hotel are protected. We adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding guest privacy.

Our hotel works closely with local law enforcement and authorities to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. We strictly follow all laws and regulations, and any illegal activities on our premises are addressed immediately.
